Company Profile

Our client has pharmacy operations that are geared toward serving the needs of long-term care clients and similar healthcare facilities. Most of its work is performed within a confined setting / location during regular office hours.
Responsibilities

Meet required quantity and quality of work on a given time-frame as relates to the pharmacys goals

Maintain efficiency of the pharmacy by implementing proper management systems governing operations, staff performance and business outcomes.

Maintain records and reports as required

Report to the Pharmacy Director on a regular basis

Qualifications

BC Licensed, with experience in a Central Fill setting

Clean record within or outside of the Pharmacy Industry

Highly knowledgeable of the legislations that regulate the practice of Pharmacy in British Columbia

Strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to manage a pharmacy staff

Must be able to work full-time Monday to Friday, and extend hours if necessary

Hardworking, goal-oriented and can work within a confined setting without getting bored

Exceptional communication skills particularly on the telephone where most exchanges, both internal (company-wide) and external (LTC facilities/healthcare professionals) happen.

Entrepreneurial, possessing sense of ownership to the pharmacys business results

Compensation

Up to $150k composed of base salary, benefits and profit-based bonuses, relocation expenses (if necessary)
