Job Position :SAP Functional Tester/Configurators

Job Description:

3 consultants with SAP
expertise for end-to-end business processes involving the SAP modules  PM,
MM, SD, PS, FI, CO, AP, GL, CATS. These consultants will work as part of a
project team to: assist in the definition of new/revised business processes
integrating new the new Fleet system with SAP; define SAP data conversion
processes to populate the new system; analyze and support development of
interface functionality; and coordinate end-to-end testing of conversion and
integration processes; and perform regression testing of SAP functionality
impacted by the Fleet changes.

Description of Work:
1. Provide SAP expertise for end-to-end business processes involving the SAP
modules  PM, MM, SD, PS, FI, CO, AP, GL, CATS
2. Identify functional gaps between existing processes and new Fleet system;
analyze and propose solutions
3. Maintain complete documentation of design alternatives and decisions,
configuration decisions, and implementation results
4. Provide on-going knowledge transfer, clear & concise information to
facilitate decision making, and assistance to integrate the new Fleet system
with the SAP environment
5. Lead/assist in the design, configuration, testing and implementation of
new interfaces to/from various SAP modules
6. Lead/assist in the design, configuration, testing and implementation of
SAP module/schema changes, including the introduction of new /modified
functionality
7. Lead/assist in the design, configuration, testing and implementation of
required changes to existing SAP functionality to handle exceptions for Fleet
Services
8. Work with the SAP systems analysts to identify data integrity issues
9. Assist with the design, development and testing of data conversion
processes
10. Coordinate business team resources in data analysis/cleanup activities
11. Develop approaches to ensure the completeness and accuracy of data
conversion processes
12. Develop or revise system access roles ensuring that City security
standards and policies are adhered to
13. Assist with preparation of test plans and scripts to ensure appropriate
regression testing of SAP processes
14. Support business in Acceptance test planning and execution
15. Lead/support analysis activities to evaluate and quantify risk and change
management issues
16. Participate in the development and maintenance of end user training and
communication materials for new/modified SAP processes

Technical Skill: Must Have:
∙ 5+ years experience in configuration, testing and implementation of SAP
module/schema changes, including PM, MM, SD, PS, FI, CO, AP, GL, CATS
∙ Expert level understanding of SAP technology and business application
utilizing the above modules
∙ 3+ years experience working with business staff on SAP
development/reengineering projects
∙ Experience conducting requirements gathering workshops
