Must haves:

1. BS chemical Engineering ...MS nice to have
2. Work experience in manufacturing environment involving plant optimization and process control ( 8 to 15 Years plus). There are two positions here.
3. Work experience in Polypropylene polymerization unit operations involving loop/series reactor.
4. Major capital project development - manufacturing - polymers
5. Willingness to travel.
6. Supervisory Experience.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
8. Attention to detail with strong problem solving skills.
