Requirements.

1. Business or Engineering Degree.
2. 10 years Manufacturing experience in aluminum extrusion.
3. Experience working using Lean Manufacturing techniques - Certification nice to have - Green Belt, Black Belt, ASQ, TPM, Kaizen
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Problem solving skills.
6. Knowledge and experience regarding local, provincial health, safety regulations
7. Relocation Package Provided
